Two routes in.
You are requesting access to Signal's online community. Every request is reviewed, and approved applicants receive an invitation with joining instructions. There are two routes in, and they differ in which spaces you can take part in.
Signallers
Experienced cybersecurity practitioners, and people carrying responsibility for security, risk or resilience. A senior title is not required. Independent, fractional, contract and between-role practitioners are welcome on the same basis.
Wavelength
People entering the profession, changing career into it, or building their first cybersecurity experience.
Already a member? Sign in (opens in a new tab). Somewhere between the two? Request access on either route and we will help work out which fits. Nobody is turned away for asking.
Tell us who you are and what you are dealing with.
New to Signal? See what the community is and what members do before you request access.
For experienced practitioners and people carrying responsibility for security, risk or resilience. Title and employment status do not decide it.
Ask how somebody handled it
A difficult decision, put to people who have made the same one.
Talk about what went wrong
Under the Chatham House Rule, with members expected to respect the Chatham House Rule.
Carry on a conversation
After a Session or an episode of Signal Vox, with the people who were in it.
Membership is free. Requesting access does not create an account: we review the request, and if it is a fit we send an invitation with joining instructions. Submitting this form does not give access to The Signal Room or any other member space, and it is separate from requesting a place at a Session.
