A moderator opens the day, practitioners bring experience from the front line including the parts that did not go to plan, and then the room takes over. The agenda follows what the people present are actually dealing with.

Sessions have run at the BFI and in Bloomsbury in London, and in Cardiff. They run under the Chatham House Rule, so anything published from a room is agreed first and never attributed.
